Hanoi, Hanoi, Hanoi... what to say about Hanoi. The city is so busy with cars and motorbikes that the air you breath in is truly unpleasant. There are over 1 milion cars and over staggering 5 milion motorbikes. Every street, every junction is busy with traffic. Everyone is rushing somewhere, people just seem to be on a constant move, heading God knows where creating chaos.

 After 25 km ride along the south coast of Da Nang we reached little town, called Hoi An. We fell in love with it. It's a very atmospheric old town. No cars in the centre are allowed so you're able to stroll down the little streets peacefully. Life seems to be slow in here and everybody relaxed.

China Beach, Danang.  This beach was used for R&R (rest & relaxation) by American troops in Vietnam War. / Tzw. Plaża Chińska, Danang. Ta plaża została wykorzystana jako miejsce odpoczynku i relaksu amerykańskich żołnierzy walczących w Wojnie Wietnamskiej.

From Ho Chi Minh city we headed to the coast, to Danang. After spending few weeks in hot cities we thought it will be a nice change to escape pollution and breath in some marine air.

Cambodians are great. They are polite and helpful. Tuk tuk drivers inform you when you pass by important sites and you simply do not feel threatened walking down the streets after sunset.
Yes, as a foreigner you pay 3 times more for everything but it's forgiveable because it's still cheap for us. We never felt that we were being ripped off, we always managed to negotiate the price and both parties were happy.
