It's a bit tricky to get to if you want to rely on trains. We tried twice to get train tickets and were unsuccessful on both occasions.
The first day we arrived at the station only to see the ticket booth closed with a notice that train tickets for The Great Wall will be on sale from 10.57am and the train itself wil be leaving before 1pm.
