Langkawi is a small island inhabited by Muslim people. It's actually quite popular with Swedish, Danish and German tourists. Most of them are families looking for a quiet place for their holidays. We stayed here 2 days during which we hired a motorbike to explore the island.

It was a flying visit in Kuala Lumpur, our first stop in Malaysia. We've decided to use one of those hop on, hop off buses for sightseeing again. Only this time, it didn't turn out such a good idea. The company we used (the only company available) failed to draw any interest into the city.
